From the first time I took a photo as a child, I knew I loved it! I suppose I've been making images of one sort or another almost all of my life. For the last 32 years, I have been a photographer and artist living and working in New York City. After spending several years in Philadelphia, I moved to Manhattan and began working with New York University, the American Academy in Rome, and the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation where I served for eighteen years.
Exhibitions include The Barcelona Foto Biennale, The Gallery 13, as a resident photographer, Williamsburg Art and Historical Center, Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition, Salmagundi Club Gallery, Arts Guild of New Jersey, Hudson Guild, MH Art Gallery, Winkleman Gallery, Baboo Photo Gallery, The Discovery Museum, Leslie Lohman Art Foundation, Philadelphia Art Alliance, and Thomas Jefferson University, in addition to many others.
My work has been published in the “Seed” and “Unambiguous” issues of Artworld Digest, and is also part of the collections of the Yuko Nii Foundation in New York and The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
I have photographed many different subjects, scenes, and moments. There's a photo and story around every corner. It's all about seeing!
I am surrounded by natural beauty, fascinating places, and interesting people. My camera allows me to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic I find in daily life. My photos tell my stories.
Through my photos, I invite you to bring bits of my stories into your life and home. New prints are released regularly, so check back often. If you sign up for updates, you will get notified about new prints, sales, and shows.
